Pachirisu! I got the idea from that one episode in Diamond/Pearl when they're on a steamboat and pachirisu find some balloons and floats everywhere. It's so disgustingly cute! XD

Well anyway, a message I'm trying to give out with this, is that you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
I won't way nothing is impossible, because you can't slam a revolving door, or gargle with your mouth shut....lol.
But I'm talking about other things, like hopes, and dreams. Pachirisu wanted to be able to fly like staravia, and now look. c:
So DON'T EVER get discouraged by someone telling you that you CAN'T! Because you CAN! Prove to yourself that you can. And you will.

Pachirisu/balloons originally drawn on paper with pencil, took a photo, and edited everything in photoshop. It was a little frustrating at times, because I'm terrible at circles and straight lines. XD
