Description
Home On The RangeCaptured somewhere outside of Winter Park, Colorado....I think I could certainly cozy up to that cabin without question...though I must admit, Winter would be no fun lol They don't measure snow by inches up here but rather in feet, however I will say this, it certainly is one gorgeous place to live....dirt roads, out in teh country, one can only imagine what it must be like watching the sunrise over the mountains each and every morning....so who is bringing the coffee and wants to join me? Processed in HDR ....really like how the atmosphere came out in this shot with the pending thunderstorms....
Hope ya all like it!
John

the clouds are brutal. they look very surreal specially with the HDR. not really my thing, but i still like the whole picture. trying to imagine how it would look in duotone, and sleeping there. it's like my friend's dad's cabin. just smaller and more in the open. that cabin with
something like an old vintage truck outside would be an awesome picture!!! that or like some kind of animal, like horses walkin' about the background. you should definitely try and go back there!! i wanna go there, but i dont have coffee. i have beer!
great work john!

Well a spring or a river flowing near by would make it even better. Waking up to the sound of the spring flowing and birds singing will be an absolute heaven!
jeez! i can't wait. I better work extra hard and save some moooney!

Totally agree, I'd love to stay in that cabin even if it meant I'd be buried under the snow in winter!

Ahhhh I could care less about the noise, was after a very grungy feel anyways, in this day and age I think photographers are to caught up in teh whole noise issue, God forbid people ever shoot film again LOL

Lol maybe its expectations. Because people don't seem to mind noise on film so much, whereas we don't like it on digital. Maybe it is just expectations lol.
