More Xiaolin Showdown... Just a little sketch dump a did a while ago. These were some of my first drawings that didn't absolutely suck. (I'm not even going to post the awful ones.) Yeah, there are still the little screw-ups, but hey, I was still trying to figure out how to draw him. Those two sideways ones are that way because the paper wasn't big enough and I'm just too lazy to go fix it. So... turn your head sideways if you want to see them.The Shoku Rai's hand up in the corner is horrible. Don't even look at it. And don't even get me started on the coloring. I was way too lazy today. It was just a moment where I just colored it and hoped that it didn't look too bad. Maybe I should take a nap.
I really should work on something else... Oh Crud, I'm not looking forward to it.

I just posted this for the sake of having something to do. You know what? Maybe I'll fix the coloring and other crap later.

I usually have a hard time portraying smart-aleckey people anyway. Plus, I like him better when he isn't. Hand/fingers ARE very difficult to draw. They are my worst enemy. I actually fixed the thumbs-up, but given my mood, I didn't get into it. Yeah, I thought it should be bigger (I even did do that, but after redrawing it twice already, I didn't feel like doing it again). I draw Rai plenty enough times, maybe I should get to work on Clay. Get it so I can draw him in some position other than just standing there doing nothing.

I like it better then he's kinda cocky, but not too smart-alecky.
Stupid fingers. Those are usually what makes hands hard. The fists that I seem to draw a lot on the XS characters save me. I probably draw those more than I should. Clay really does need more attention. I don't see many drawing of him, and less good ones. I can't figure out what to do with him. Everything I try looks unnatural and awkward. I believe that it's because he's too bulky and his legs are too short. Bad combo for me.
