I have a question, the image size is the original you work with for painting? I mean, is it 3000x4500 or do you resize it?

That's the original size. I just work large enough that I don't lag, because the larger the image is, the better quality it will turn out. I think.

Yeah... I wanted it there too, much moreso than my NPC drawing, since it showed I was more versatile I think? Basilers like to insult me for working only digitally, and think that using traditional media results in lower-quality pieces. <_<

It often is, because digital media is easy to correct mistakes and you can do so many cool effects and such, traditional is much harder. But I see no fault in either. Personally I like digital better.

Oddly enough, one of digital art's biggest goals is to imitate traditional media. Traditional does require a bit more control and planning, but when you work in it a lot it starts to kind of work itself, you know? Like in oils and definitely in watercolor.
And oh my god, I thought this was a different deviation, that's what I get for responding in my messages! This one did hit the front page, and it's digital. This is for some reason what I thought we were discussing, which missed the front page. XD
