You really have a firm grasp on how to draw Celestia, don't you. XD
I'm not sure about that line that goes across her nose, though. It makes her lose a few style points, in my opinon.

I had to look for a bit to see what you were talking about. I think I found it: the wing(s).
Shift the wing up and back a bit. It kinda looks like the joint is on her chest rather on her back.
Also, make the wing bigger. Celestia has BIG wings (think swan as compared to bird). Seeing them that small when compared to her head and chest does throw it off a bit (you might be able to get away with ignoring this one, but this is just a suggestion).
Also, the other wing is missing. Unless her wings are furled, both would be visible rather than just one (unless she long one of them, and I didn't notice).
I hope that this helps. I think this looks really good, personally. You must have come a LONG way from when you first drew something.

I'm looking at it hard but the only thing i see that can be considered not looking right is her eye shine light spot (what ever you call it lol) is a teeny bit outside of the eye outline?

The shading is quite impressive, I must say. I particularly like the lighting in her eyes as well.
