Erica is the elder of the "Polar Bear twins", her nature fire and brimstone and a stone cold businesswoman.

She makes the Gotham parkour team look like a group of pensioners on a day walk. Even without her right eye that she lost in her teens, she can shoot a flea off a dog's fur. She carries on her father's legacy of chaos and morbid humour.

Rather than man/monster dualism like his father's, Janus balances between humanism and animalism, either following rationale or instinct and settling their clash with his father's old coin. His sides have taken a fancy on both Erica and the Joker Jr. respectively, but not to an extent he wouldn't kill either of them if he felt like it.

She specialises in espionage and runs everyday errands for the Joker Jr., as she's kept officially away from the Joker Jr.'s chaotic operations and therefore has no criminal record. She has more influence over the Joker Jr. than anyone suspects.

Madam Moskau

Madam Moskau is, de facto, the most influental person of Arkham City. It is important to understand she is not a pimp or in any way an employer to the Roadettes, more like a matriarch or a benevolent advisor. She also owns the blocks the Roadettes live and work in, and the Roadettes pay her only a small percentage of their income. The Roadettes, the only sect in the Arkham City no one wants to become enemies with, follow Madam's advice and instructions down to the T out of respect and gratitude, and if she blacklists a league, the Roadettes will no longer serve the said league.
