For the sun beams, use the fuzzy circle paintbrush and decrease the opacity. Get a light yellow color for them. And the leaves are in in there with all your brush sizes.
It's called vine or something like that.

Um, if you use the select tool and select the color behind the trees, or you could do it on another layer if you use those. And if you used a fuzzy circle paintbrush and decrease the opacity, that helps too. Also, use a light yellow or whitish color for sunbeams.

It;s a laptop. Thanks! You can download GIMP for free at GIMP.org.
But it still means you do some things by hand.

I'm just wandering...Like I don't know where to find such soft brushes on either GIMP or photoshop. I mean, there is soft brushes, but not as soft as the sunbeams. I'm just wandering what kind of brush you use for that?
👍: 0 ⏩: 2
kokamo77 In reply to AprilSilverWolf [2009-09-01 02:36:27 +0000 UTC]
GIMP comes with those. Just click on the brush your using and then all the brushes will pop up in a little box. I use the fuzzy circle tool.

reduce the opacity to around 9 and then keep going over and over until you get the effect you want n__n
