Description
This was against one of the pillars that the light shon through from the last pic, where Spacey and I were going down the outdoor corridor.I wish more of my belt-rosaries showed up in the pictures, but they kept getting caught in the folds of my robe (not to mention the fact that the last rosarie's main piece broke off on Friday, and the second rosarie exploded into a million beads when I got out of Spacey's car when we arrived on the campus, but that's beside the point.)

XD Thanks! I'll have to get some better pictures of the second Abel costume I did. I only had like 3 pics and they're all kinda...weird quality, and don't show much of the outfit.

I already had some knee-boots from RenBoots.com (before they skyrocketed their prices anyway, I bought mine for $100 whereas they now sell for over $200, which is lame.) The armor was rushed, but it was paperclay over felt, and didn't hold up very well. Were I to make them again, I'd do Wonderflex, or at least make a base of paper machet or plastic soda bottles first so the paperclay doesn't break. That's what I get for waiting till the last second to try finishing something like that

Wow, the detail in the accessories is amazing.

The majority of it is sculpy over a popsicle-stick skeleton. The details were carved and such out of the sculpy before baking, and then armature wire was used for the extra details. Little baubles like swarovski crystals and metal snaps were added for interest.

Nah it wasn't heavy. At best it was like wearing one football pad on my shoulder and the rest was just like regular clothing.
