Actually, the climax of the show usually is the challengers holding a dish where their heads lie in the center. Successful challengers would have their heads well decorated, however, the losers can only have their heads turned into a part of a delicious food.

The show only limits to use their heads in usual, but in some special events other body parts would be involved. For example, in the balancing headless challenge, they have to remove one leg during the challenge until accomplished. Or in the lowerless headless challenge, their heads and lower halves would get separated, challengers only could use their headless floating upper body to fulfill the cooking, then serve the dishes with their lower bodies to the judges and audiences.
