I think the best part about this comic is how many people say "You are heartless and you don't know what it's like to have a handicapped person in your life."
My brother is mentally handicapped...he watched me draw this.

I really doubt the handicapped would mind this, especially those who are mentioned. The blind can't see it, and the mentally handicapped might not understand it, and as you pointed out, your brother is happy, they often are. I think they'd gladly lead the blind, they always like doing something nice for someone else.

I love this comic.
And I agree. The mentally handicapped are always the happy ones as they have a simple view of the world. People like us worry over unnecessary things when the real thing is to just sit back, relax and laugh about all your mistakes while you learn from them.

I was reading through some of the angry comments and they made me giggle.
Personally, this is one of my fave comics by Kris.
What's worse is that I know people would be laughing their asses off if it said something like, "In a perfect world the blacks would lead the blind" with the picture being changed accordingly.
