I saw a lot of my sisters and my relationship in Frozen. My younger sister definitely being Anna. Outgoing, funny, and silly at times. Me being a bit more like Elsa. Introverted and creative. I really love her outfit she wears in the movie most, but the empire dress was pretty. I felt like the one in the movie helped you see a bigger change in her appearance from long skirts and tight hairstyles, to a loose and flowy skirt and a loose side braid.
I think that concept dress was the second to last design they had for her. It was basically the same as the one in the film except for the high waist instead.
