Look at all the fucks I give.I nearly forgot to add layers when I try to finish this piece. I had an earlier piece of him with Belial but meh, I want Phil to be alone for awhile. XD
Here's Rushifa's tinkerer, relaxing as he lets one of his living inventions perch on his claw. No one really understands Phil much besides being a foul-mouthed crow, just feed on his good side and you'll all be okay. c:

my guy is like a witty guy like shen.not physically strong but he can outsmart u.In a new story idea I had,he(Samuel Thorder)is like a simple "man of the people" and runs the steampunk time...almost like communism..he wants order and power.

hes a normal human,but he has clever gadgets that hes created...some to brainwash people into labor and/or believing his world is eutopia.Its a steampunk town filled with factories,markets,and much industrial stuff...some call it the "Land of of Green Clouds" because of smog and dirtiness in the air.Some had fantasized of leaving the city,b ut those who do r caught by Samuel's goons and are taken to his whereabouts and brainwashed with a secret tool.

He looks very intense in thought. xD You are getting better at using the tablet. xDDD My advice is to use the layers as much as you can. ;3; It's way easier to use to clean up at the end or fix a mistake quicker.
