So this game has been 80% of my summer so far. Finally got to play through it and I LOVE it. Got me doodling again too. Somehow it inspires me a lot more than Mass Effect. Hopefully you'll see more art from me soon.

1. Mages ftw!

2. I am obsessive about doing every sidequest possible, but the game started to take so long that my Warden got more and more snarky as the game went on. I like to think of it as character development.

3. As much as Jowan is a victim of his own stupidity, he's also a victim of an unfair system. Plus he seems to have a sincere desire to make things right, and I have a soft spot for that. IDK, I just think the Mage/Jowan relationship (friendship!) is interesting.

4. One too many people treating Elves like shit. One too many people thinking they actually stood a chance against me.

5. I can't go anywhere without Leliana, my human lockpick (Zevran you LIAR you promised you could open things ). u.u Morrigan tears shit up, but Wynne's healing powers are amazinggg. My mage was kinda a balance of both of them. Wynne came with more at the beginning until I unlocked all the spirit healer talents on my warden.
And of course I'm dragging my bf everywhere.

6. ALISTAIR IS SUCH A SWEETHEART. He's such an earnest doof, I loved seeing his love story play out.
And I could go on and on about their meeting scene. I love it. (NERD.)

7. I know everyone says this but I LOVE THE PARTY BANTER it just adds so much, you get a better sense of the characters and their relationships and it feels like they're really going on this adventure together for upwards of a year together, and it just puts you in the world a lot more.
Mass Effect 1 honestly gave me the sense that the team wasn't really friends because there was like, the elevators, and a few other places where there was any banter, and otherwise they never even talked ABOUT each other. After Virmire? Nothing. It was weird. Luckily they put banter into ME3 and I loved it and okay moving on.

8. Crap, this game is LONG. Normally I love it when the adventure never ends and all that, but I have other things to do this summer, okay? T__T
