YOU MUST MUST FOLLOW THE WAY I DID IT ON THE OTHER TUTORIALS, OR ELSE IT MIGHT NOT WORK OUT

Holy crap weasle i think that was the longest tutorial yet xD
though it only took me about 3 hours to make
So yeah!~
This is meant for PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS
i used 0.7 so i don't know if this will work with anything below
You DONT need to have a tablet to use these techniques~

but yeah!~
I'll try finishing the other parts to it!~
(probably going to be two more x-x)

So!~ If you have any questions feel free to ask me because i would LOVE to help you~

Dude, sometimes when I fill in the selection, whites squares show(around the edges of the lines). It's f'ing annoying. Is there something I am doing wrong?

No, it usually does that
if you are working on a separate layer (Which you should be) just take the brush tool and fill in the white fuzz as much as possible

I was playing around with the wand tool and resized the area coverage, it solved the white stuff problemo.

Uhhh click the little dark spot that you made with the low-opacticy thing ._. uhhh
like
when you set the lower opacticy and make a dot on the color that you want to shade, it will become slightly darker, then you use the eyedropper to pick up that color
set the opacticy back to 100% and you will have your shading color o 3o
