Chapter 6 of the Death Note Manual and Blind Raito is here to teach you how to spell because no one can spell quite like a cheerleader. I hear some of them can even COUNT, too. o.o Spooky, eh? (tee hee, cheerleaders are my heroes)

in japanese its prononcesd rai-toe or it could be his english name???o_0

because in the japanese language L is pronounced as an R and right, and its part of the language to add O to the end of a word....i dont really know how that came about lol, but insted of spelling it Righto they changed it to Raito. so yeah, thats how it went from light to Raito ^_^
