I am more than happy to explain why the heterochromia is presented the way it is.
It might interest you to know that Kira was in the chat while this little one was being made and that we have talked about the similarities. So you're crude input is truthfully not needed.
Back to the science behind the babies eyes:
Firstly, Kurei has central heterochromia. It manifests as a violet ring around her pupil, with her eyes being green. Heterochromia is a genetic mutation prevalent in Kurei's clan. While you can't see it, Manami's central heterochromia manifests with a gold ring in each eye. Colors of the eyes are determined by the variation of melanin between the colors of brown, yellow, and grey. Though, this being an anime, I've bend the rules for the sake of visual aesthetics. Green is a variation of brown with low pigmentation and blue is a mutation that can occur even without a genetic history of it in the lineage. Kurei's father has reddish-brown (more crimson but for the sake of this argument) which gives her a more muted and earthy coloring. Manami's bright coloration is due to a very low level of melanin in both eyes, the brown becoming a bright green and the blue becoming even more pale.
Gaara's mother had Β indigo eyes, often considered a dark blue and less likely to be considered purple (though various do occur which swing it both ways). Rurachi has similarly colored eyes to Karura, though they are lighter. And Gaara's eyes are often considered teal or light blue. Genetics are super interesting because there is no true x+y=z. The green comes, obviously from Kurei and are actually far close to Toge' (Kurei's mother) coloration (which I provided to Kuro).
I really like the light and dark contrast with heterochromia, it's very attractive to me which is why I asked for it.
I find it interesting that you are just bouncing around from on GaaOc person to another, kind of sad actually.
But rest assured I know what I'm doing and have plenty of creativity to back it up!

Okay, the hair was my part - I had no idea about the style of it being so similar so I take full responsibility there~
Hopefully Kira's owner will understand that there was intention to copy her lovely OC ;;
I believe Gaara's mother had darker blue eyes, like Rurachi (second to last) inherited, and the lighter blue was intended to be from Gaara~ Though I'm not entirely sure so don't quote me on this ;;
I'm sure this was all just a big misunderstanding, and I hope it can be resolved soon~

Technically, Karura has indigo colored eyes. A color which can be considered blue in some variations, since it sits between blue and violet on the color scale.Β
