I got an ask on Tumblr about how I did the rainbow outline on one of my pictures. So I put together a Tutorial on how I do it in SAI.I hope this helps! <3

The really bad one that free. I think its just called easy paint tool sai.

This is easy paint tool SAI. Have English SAI, but mine has the license.
I really don't understand that well tho. Since I guess you mean you found a free one on the internet somewhere and downloaded it, and not off the main sites.

Acutally I had the license one but my flashdrive got stolen and I haven't had the money to replace it. Someone gave the the free one (I didn't know at the time) and I find it hard to work with because it's lacking most of the real SAI settings and that makes trying tutorials harder too.
But yeah the crappy downloadable one.
