A very cool pic, I love the costume, in particular the blindfold over the eyes.
My only suggestion is if she's going to have such an expansive bust you might need to widen her hips a bit, or shrink the bust to suit the petite figure - but that's just the perfectionist in me talking.
I love the creepy little skulls in the BG, very nice stuff.
