I mean, at least the person didn't swear or say anything considerably rude. (I would say your response to that was a bit uncouth.) But, that's the problem with being an artist. Cheap isn't cheap enough. Sure we're in a sucky economy but that doesn't mean artists have to suffer, too. I mean, hell, I don't have a job and I have to try and supplement my household's budget with selling adopts and commissions just to make things comfortable.

I wasn't meaning to cause any harm - I was simply saying I agree with you but at the same time I didn't think it was very tactful. I mean, the person's gonna come back and realize that someone's talking about them behind their back. ;u;'' And yes, the other person that replied to them was entirely rude.

In response to your other reply, I guess I just find the tone a little unbecoming. You really are a nice person for standing up for your friend though. I know the feeling when people tell me my prices are too high - so I'm not against you. But like I said, cheap is never cheap enough.

what's your point?
my point was that milkgay can make their adopts whatever price they want
and that the person below me (and many others) are ignorant in not knowing that, pushing them
to feeling bad about what their adopts are priced for, which is REALLY unfair?

and if you think me saying "wtf" or saying they are being ignorant is rude, than idk what to tell you.
theirs a big difference between being ignorant and stupid, im not calling them stupid i said they had no understanding.

I want to personally apologize for ponywoona's response. It was really uncalled for.

I would like to bring up the point that artists generally price their art as Time Spent as an Artist/In that Medium + time to complete + quality. In all fairness, it isn't up to you to decide how expensive prices are. 

To avoid future problems, I would suggest refraining from commenting this. I would simply stick with "These look great! I wish I could get one. Maybe I'll save up!" Just trying to help ya. ^^

I didn't say the artists' words were uncouth - it was someone else. And if you actually read past that I am on the side saying that these aren't expensive. But expensive is suggestive. It may not be expensive to someone with a job or a family that can spend on frivolous things, but it may be very expensive to someone who doesn't have a job. 

While I do agree it's not ok to tell an artist their prices are too expensive, it isn't ok to target someone for that opinion. Some people don't understand that art is priced on how long the artist has been at their work plus the quality and the time it takes to make it. I would be much more ok if you would've explained that to this person rather than outright telling them off. That isn't ok.
