Description Scarecrow from BatMan. My character alteration would include a riot on Gotham's campus where he worked on his "pet projects" (it may have actually been incited by him slowly and lashed out accidentally). He was hanged in effigy on campus, as the miasma of toxins ran rampant.

I have a love of most of the BAtMan villains. I'm down with Mr. Freeze. I realised how dark and morbid ScareCrow could be by looking up those kinda things(and the fact that on the West Coast they don't use them, makes him a natural for Gotham)
