I wish no one had to go through it. I really do. It isn't fair, and it isn't right. It's SO damaging, in SO many ways.
But I am convinced that the more we "talk" about it, in as many ways as we can, whatever methods we use, the more we get it out there, the more aware we can make people, then hopefully it will save at least one person from having to go through it. If it saves even one person from dealing with this, I will be grateful.
And the rest of us just keep putting one foot in front of the other and moving forward through the hurt as best we can.
Sorry for getting sappy. I don't normally. Shushing now before I make a fool out of myself. Heh.

Yes, I have been raped.. but I'm not ready to talk about it. I don't believe in capturing an image if it has no relation to yourself. So every form of art work I do, relates in some way to my life.
