Mmm... I'll have to agree and disagree with you. Agree because I pictured him as a sort of "twin" for Aro in appearance and because Chris Weitz made not just Aro's but all the vampires' eyes a little too prominent. Disagree because the three actors for the Volturi brothers, in my opinion, were perfectly cast in their acting abilities.

Acting abilities, but as for the looks I think the could have mad Marcus look better. Vampires are suposted to look atractive, I dont think that many people would go after marcus with the way he looks. Aro, however although looking different still is atractive. But this is also my opinion. Cauis was the best looking of the three though.

And I pictured him as the most decrepit looking. The fact that they made Marcus the older one instead of Caius emphasizes the idea that he's seen it all and amplifies his "I don't care" attitude. *sigh* I'm glad that Aro looked close to how I pictured him, albeit a little more modern but still good looking. I you Aro.

I never though of it that way. My sister thinks that Aro looks like a Pediphile. I dont think so though. But I always saw Cauis as the older one of them all. With the angered look that he always wore. Aro and Marcus are my fav characters. I'll post up my Aro chibi when I get my scanner, next month, I think.

I wont be able to post anything up, but stories. I have prblems to work out so I cant really do anything. I will get it up when I can though. Sorry you have to wait. But I will be posting up short stoeies and fanfiction. Not of twilight though. I read them in a short time like that. Had to wait for breaking dawn, too many sleepless nihts. But my little sister thinks that aro looks like a Pedo, and she doesn't like him because of the Nessie thing.

Doesn't she mean Jacob? He's the one who came up with the, as you called it, "Nessie thing". As far as I'm concerned, Aro is one of the more benevolent, albeit power-thirsty, vampires in the Twilight Universe. He's got this sort of "I'll hear you out, but I'll still most likely kill you." kind of thing when it comes to dealing with prisoners. He can be quite air-headed at times, as can be gauged from Caius' outraged reactions on a regular basis, but underneath the rough exterior, the vampire monarch is morally sound with temper control almost comparable to Carlisle's.

I Agree with everything you said about Aro. And no My sister doesn't like the fact that Aro was there to kill the Cullens for Nessie, thinking it was an immortal child. I dont think that Aro really wanted to be there, Marcus implied that he didn't wish to be there, and Caius, well He just needed soemthing to do. That how I saw it.

Marcus didn't care what happened as long as a decision was made. (I always saw him as sort of off in the background, apart from everyone else, and perpetually bored.) I think Caius was there for more gorey reasons aside from law enforcement, thinking about how he razed Irina for her error in judgement. (Aro would have forgiven her and let her go. ) I have the feeling that Aro was there for more "collectable" reasons than for either bloodlust or enforcing the law. Remember all those offers he made to the covens that the Cullens had gathered against them?

Yes. She and Renata would have made a unstoppable force. With physical and mental protection, Aro would have reigned superior in any battle against a rogue coven, regardless whether they were gifted or not.

Yeah. Aro's my favorite character in the whole series, as I may have mentioned before. Also, I might have mentioned that the Volturi's actors were perfectly cast, even though Caius and Marcus were a little younger/older looking than I expected.
