Like I said in my previous deviation, I've been (eagerly) waiting around for my new Faber Castell markers to arrive in the mail, so I've been going nuts with them ever since they finally got here yesterday!
The top pics were scanned in before I colored them with colored pencils--black and white versions turned out looking better. Also some hints of things to come, and a scruffy Glacier. Because.
And, yeah...Fara is one of my new favorite characters.

Great to see you using your new markers! I love, love the art nouveau image of Fara in the bottom left hand corner. The folds in her dress are beautifully drawn and clean cut. Also I love the tender, almost maternal kiss that Fara is placing on the storm trooper's forehead- she's such a cool character

I love them to pieces! I got into the habit of just sketching in pencil all the time, but now that I've got these pens, I'm inking pretty much all the stuff I draw these days to use them on!
Oh, yes! I was pleasantly surprised how it turned out too! I didn't realize you could get so many shades with so few pens.
