My dad put back the bird feeder back. It's soo cool and those chickadee are not scared easily...I was kind of close when I shot this.Related content

I love this, it's so striking. That second horizontal near the top really brings the piece together.
There are supposed to be chickadees in my neck of the woods but I never see them; I hear them once in a while though.

Was this taken from behind a window? I'm no expert, but I'd up the contrast just a tad.. or maybe my glasses are just dirty haha... It's a lovely photo though!

actually no this one wasn't. As for adding some contrast...I personnaly think that with a lower contrast the photos looks softer.

What I like about this. The snow is very white and bright. The bird looks so tiny and delicate and the way its perched there and posed it looks so elegent and sweet. The bright color just fits the mood of the bird. This photo definitely has personality if you know what I mean, compared to some "oh look another bird photo" pics.

Oh I know....I'm trying to avoid that sort of photo. When I woke up and saw that snow...and then saw some bird eat.....I couldn't resist but try some shots. The rest is patience....waiting the birds to be at the right place

yea. i think i could have patience. i love watching birds while eating breakfast. unfortunately my bird feeder is empty and lopsided because of the 6 inches of snow and ice on top of it lol.

Yep them Chickadee's are not very scareable...We have bird feeders in our windows and they just sit there and look at us when we are eating breakfast!
