Nami dressed as Usopp! I'm sure alot of you remember this from last year sometime, I finally colored the line art! I found the original and re-inked it onto good paper so I could color it with my copics. Brown markers hate me. And no, I don't know how I got this idea XDSketched then inked with micron pens on Bristol, colored with copic markers.
