Inspiration: The East India Company

Not my most original work, considering the graphics I used, and probably something I can one day update. In the Open Blue universe, the West Arckenia Trading Company is one of the first, and the largest corporation in the world, holding a near monopoly on the international shipping trade. From the furthest colonies in Arckenia to the far west, to the mysterious Aotsukese capital of Kusanagi in the far east, the Company ships commodities between them and the nations of Midgard. The West Arckenia Company was founded by three visionaries in the Axifloan Coalition, and despite having been fraught with many setbacks, it nevertheless became so robust in the last years of the Coalition that despite the latter's near collapse, the Company remains strong, and continues to operate as a powerful entity. Now in the post-Disaster world, where the Big Three lost most of their warships, the West Arckenia Company stands as the closest thing to a naval superpower on the Open Blue.
