This reminds me of Cleopatra and the colours you have chosen enhance the Egyptian feel. The shape of her hair reminds me of the wings found in Egyptian murals and iconography (the Goddess Nut for example).
She's also a bit vampyric.
This is an excellent drawing although I think the difference between the sharp focus on the right and the blurred focus on the left (background, stairs and bracelet) is too severe and needs to be more gradual. The windows gradient jumps when they are out of view (when they are behind her).
This must have taken a long time for create, the light shade and angles must have been complex to capture.

Yeah, definitely some Egyptian/Goth/Vampire elements. This was probably subconscious on my part but if you look at the history of each, they all tie in at some point. Theda Bara (silent film actress) would be a good example of this.

I'm really impressed that you took a photo of this and it's not a scan. You did well to stop flashmarks from coming up.
I think this looks great! Her bone structure around her chest, the way her fingers are positioned, and the folds of her dress are all very nice touches.
