First off: Teto is no Vocaloid. She is an UTAU.
Second.. where is Kiyoteru? Where is Kaai Yuuki? Where is Piko ;3; Sadly I can't draw them all >3<
So I focused on the most well known.

okay.. I actually don't understand that with UTAU. So Teto is absolutely NOT a Vocaloid?

As I understood it's like this:
Vocaloid is one software and UTAU is another software-
Both use Voice databases for imitating singing. But With the Utau software the user can create their own voice database by recording and also download voice DB. Also UTAU is freeware while Vocaloid is Shareware. (Yamaha developed Vocaloid. Eg. Crypton uses the software to create their vocaloid databases but they PAY for that, and so in the end the user has to pay for their vocaloid, too)

Of course you can mix the voices together with a third program in the end >3< (or maybe one of the two programs |D )

But many just say Vocaloid to Teto Kasane too. It's so cofuuusing! She is always on the pictures of "Vocaloids". And everybody call her a vocaloid!! mwaaaa.. i just want it more easy. CAN I or CAN'T I call her a Vocaloid? I don't give a damn in what kinda software it is :'p

She is not. She is the "first" UTAU that comes with that software as sample.

But you can call her like that. ´__` Of course you can, it doesn't make it correct though.
