oh I agree he likely needs a leash...and I can see why you cherish him...I just meant that if you cropped the picture at the side so that the leash did not show in the picture it would take the picture to a new level...you have the potential for an award winning shot here with a bit of a crop! The expression on his little face and the contrast with the background is super! I just find the leash distracting from the magic of the "moment" that the photo seems to speak. I love it!!!!

Indeed. he's always so quick and everything is interesting for him, so I just got a few really great pictures of him. that's mad ^^
I like the contrast with the green, white and red ^^ and I hate it, to cut the pictures.. sometimes, I will do a great picture without a leash

I remember my rabbit used to stop almost every time when I had her on a leash, just so that she could clean her paws. Unfortunately, she's departed, but your picture makes me think of her again. In a happy way, because when she was able to roam (almost) free in the garden, she was so happy.

She got paralysed at 7 years of age in her back legs, so it was the best decision after all. Not until a pet departs you understand how much they really meant; I mean, pets are the best friends ever. Never interrupts you when you got something on your mind, and they don't gossip either.

Well, thats really true. Pets are the best friends ever! Can't tell you how much I've cried and said stupid things and he was always on my side.
Last weekend my rabbit got stomachache, cause he lose his fur at the moment. -.- and when he doesn't feel well, I don't feel good either.
His name is Merlin. Thanks for futuring my little honey. It means lot to me!

Merlin is such a cute name! It makes me think of the Merlin in Disney's The Sword In The Stone, and I love that character! He's so... witty and... old man~ish. My rabbit was named Asta and that is actually an old woman's name, but it was the name that was written on her pedigree.
But poor him, with the stomach-ache. Was it because he ate the fur instead of plucking it off? Hope it doesn't happen again in spring when he changes fur again.
