finally finished!!
I ended up not doing more highlights on the hair (attempts looked like crap) and I am SO happy with the flame ^_^;
well c.c it's kinda...flame-y. more plasma-y.
not entirely happy with the face but if I mess with it it won't get better. maybe I'll mess around with it in the future. and maybe pigs will fly.
yes it is fanart and yes I am a geek
anyway Shego from Kim Possible is (c) the appropriate people and not me. if you haven't seen KP you should as it is a most delightful cartoon.
