I started saving a couple of process shots in the making of this picture so I could try my hand at an animated GIF process.I hope you like my steps. There are a few big jumps though *cough*OTL*cough*
The basic process is
SAI: sketching, lines, filling in colours, shading
PS: editing colours

To me the best part was when you shaded the background. You really got the talent to make it look like an actual enviroment, where the character itself is in.
Great job I say! You're really improving on your BGs if we think about the fact that you don't draw them often!~
Also, it's funny how you posted a process gif when I was also thinking about doing one at some point X) ♥

I understand what you mean.. I get extremely lazy when it comes to BGs.
They're just so complicated and time consuming and.. Ofcourse theyre not AS much fun to do as pretty characters are X)
I'll most definitely make one as soon as I get it done
