Really good use of shadow and midtone to establish form. The use of highlight on the face to illustrate the focal point was smart. Not to mention the value contrast the eye patch provides to keep the viewers eyes on the face. That's very simple, but very skilled. I like the highlight under the hair, as it gives a heavenly glow to the figure! Most would use rim lighting to give a glow effect, but you chose a more unique path. Very commendable. Illustrious piece. Thank you for making it.
