Its not a relationship tbh...jeremy tried to quit, phone guy sent fritz to off him for it, Jeremy bribed him and Fritz backed off. Hes only still alive because they managed to convince Phones that they work togeather now and Fritz has him monitored. He treats him like he wants on purpose because he knows jeremy cant do much about it. Alternate ending to the whole thing is Jeremy going through the incident of 87
