there are lots of pose refs i have seen but this account with its posing ref may just take the cake it seems to have set up the way where you can use it for drawing bur more or less to help with new artist trying to become professional artists at work home or in art school
otherwise this is a very nice piece and it does help alot and it can be used for well good in the future of helping artist on deviantart
and i hope to much more like it for your gallery.

These poses are great, so natural. I love how even though she is just standing, there is no stiffness at all. You can almost imagine the movements she's about to make, or the expressions on her face. I also like that you kept the gesture lines to show your process, but included skin tone and shading to make the figures look three-dimensional. Your skill and knowledge of anatomy is evident. I don't really have much constructive criticism, except that the first figure's left arm might not be as far back due to the angle of her torso...but I'd have to see that pose in real life to be sure.

Poses are great and so are hair designs. Might use a couple of your hair styles one day in 3D sculpting.

I like the pose views, of course, and having left the sketch lines in makes this go straight "fav to tutorial" for learning/study purposes.
