This is the end of Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse if you choose Sypha, as your Spirit Partner.Sypha is revealed to be a woman, and she and Trevor watch in an embrace as Dracula's Castle falls.
This took several weeks to complete just because of school keeping me away from my work.
Yes, I know I suck at backgrounds.

The background is fine, to be honest. Sypha is a very interesting character who is good at keeping secrets. I'm glad she was able to trust Trevor in the end.

They do! If you play Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Mirror of Fate it tells Trevor's story after Dracula's Curse.

I've always been curious...how in God's name did Trevor miss the fact that she was a woman through that whole damn game...until her blonde hair fell out at the end?
Was she hiding her true appearance with magic? Her ending says, "Syfa The Vampire Killer has had a bad life". Maybe she was raped or had a likewise bad experience with men, and thusly didn't trust them.
Or maybe I'm reading too much into this. When he puts him arm around her at the end, he doesn't seem at all surprised she's female.
I think the secret of her gender was for us, not Trevor.
