No, safe and legal abortions usually have little complications. That's why in the 80's they had stopped recording the number of deaths in abortions since there were little to no deaths. Unsafe, and illegal abortions on the other hand, cost many women's lives since they are usually unsafe procedures, that are not regulated.
So you're telling me that it is better for a young girl to push something out of her unwillingly, go through the pain, only for her to die in a slow, and painful way, than giving her an abortion, and only leading to a few side effects? You sir,madame, or other, are sick.

Actually carrying a child to term isn't all that psycologically damaging. Having to deal with the regret of killing an unborn child is way worse. Look up all the women who regret their abortions, even if they were done because of rape. Abortion doesn't solve problems, it causes more.
Now if her physical health were at stake because of the presence of the baby and she might die, then that might be a different argument.
