First I bought an Alice figure. I separated her head from her body by dunking her head in hot water for 4 minutes then carefully pulling her head off. then I shaved off her left eye, fingers and bottom part of her gloves, and cut out part of her halo with an exacto knife. I used a hot glue gun to make fingers so she’s making fists, made the growth thing on the side of her head, and added some more hair onto her. Finally, I added paint and repainted where needed, and ta-da!
