To satisfy Your needs of a review I watched it again and again and:
-it's very well animated, the characters are more dynamic than in some cartoons aired on the telly. What they do also fits well to what they say. I also like that even though it's a one location scene the frame changes. The 1yo moves while the 15yo talks, come on - who else does that? Nice.
-I do not know what to make of the comedy show based on a ridiculous theme. It's not 'ha ha' funny, it is either very subtle or very lazily written. This is the main reason I initially said that it's bad. Maybe I was not in a mood to fully appreciate it? Or maybe the watching anime and being a virgin joke (which I find most amusing as well as 'ravaging the delicate flower') is not enough.. or maybe it's all about subtle and ridiculous (if you think about them) jokes and I am just too much on an engineer for them to amuse me.
-You could have gone hand drawn on the background, less rectangles I mean. but that's irrelevant.
Obviously I take back what I initially said. It's not bad. Sorry. Overall it's more effort than effect. That could have been more than just a smirk.

This animation wasn't even really "written", I had the "My Virgin Dad" idea and I really improvised the rest.
It's subtle nonsense, I understand why not everyone will get into it.
I'm truly awful at backgrounds, so I do tend to do it with the line-tool so I don't fuck the proportions up too badly.
