I found this beautiful piece of art many years ago at the cemetery of San Miniato al Monte in Florence, Italy. This summer, I had a chance to go back and take a more or less decent picture of it
also found out that this statue was probably made by a Florentine sculpturor named Rivolta - couldn't find out much more, unfortunately. Maybe next time 
the veiled girl [link] is also one of his works
