LDLAWRENCE — 'Light' Fog

Description As I was stepping out of my car to get a few shots of the local Dash-8, I heard the weather man say "areas of light fog". If this is a light fog I am Paris Hilton. And the last time I checked I wasn't. At least I hope I'm not. I am so confused!

me too Yea, I hear you on those lucky shots, I love lucky shots I can really imagine this one from like a movie or something when the train is coming in to town to drop somebody off or such, kinda like Polar Express

I don't care what everyone else says. This shot is by far quite good. As long as you can tell everyone what it was, it doesn't matter if it was an AC4400CW or a Dash 8 or GP40. It's still great damn shot.

Thanks! I just wanted the effect of the lights in the fog. I kinda gives it a phantom like effect.

AWESOME! I can hear the K5LS'a blasting in the distance, but no sight of the train yet until those ditch lights kick into full brightness along with the headlights. Very awesome!

it is ghostly! ooo. ya, i think you shouldve waited a little longer to get the trains shape in there. not too long, dont wanna get hit! but, you know, a little longer that what you did. still, i really like this one!

This is interesting but it would've been better if you'd waited a bit longer, so as to get the shape of the loco.

Yeah I know. I was hoping to get the shape of the Dash-8, but I got a little trigger happy. It has been foggy around here lately in the mornings so I might get another chance.
