Description

After having had to work the holidays (Christmas to New Years) Detective Hiroko Haneda and her partner Midori Tokuno spent the previous night at the Jewel Box (owned by Garnet Diamond) with the usual results.

The next morning Midori and her sister Minako Tokuno go and do their New Years visit to Hiroko’s house, meeting up with her cousins Akira and Himeko Haneda. They then go to Mercedes Ford’s house. As the five of them go to visit their other friends Jasmine “Jazz” Phoenix, Melody Smythe and Misty McManahan Hiroko is feeling her excesses from last night

Himeko (excited): Come on! Hurry up! Let’s Go!

Akira: If you don’t watch where you’re going the next place you’ll visit is going to be the hospital.

Hiroko: Quite! And that goes double for you Midori…

Midori: If you’d listen to me once in a while you’d never be in these situations.

Hiroko: Midori shut up, you say too much.

Minako: Hmm…
Meanwhile Mercedes is trying to ignore what the others are doing.
