First of all You made something as simple as an eye become so mystical and beautiful. You've used an amazing amount of originality and technique around this one eye and have made it an amazing feature. The pupil is an amazing shade of sky and night blue that makes the picture come together as a whole and your lashes seep to disappear in the make up and eye liner. I really like the fact that this is amazing at first and when you make it bigger. You see the picture clearly and it has a way of making the person look as if their hiding something without showing the person at all. I love this and hope some of my many watchers will check it out.

I actually think I used Gimp for this, but I recently upgraded to Photoshop CS5 which I use for my more recent manipulations.
Gimp's very similar and completely free for download. If you want, I can find you a link.

A couple things you may like to would be to keep your eyeshadow smooth (Gaussian Blur helps it a lot). If you have problems with your coloring overlapping the eyelashes and coloring them, try your dodge and burn tool on the eyelids a bit to make it look more realistic. I'd recommend burning beneath the lower lashes and the crease on the upp eyelid, and then dodge the eyelid to add a bit of a highlight. This only works once you've merged your eyeshadow layer with your eye, so be careful if you decide to try it.
There are lots of tutorials around that'll have different styles, and you can just combine and invent to come up with a technique of your own.

blue, the color of silence and sadness, the choice of eye in this one perfectly matches the blend of feeling it gives to the viewer, it has some deep effect on me whenever i look at it
