A background for your viewing pleasure. I thought this was a neat effect on Photoshop, and it's simple because I didn't want it to distract from Palkia. I may delete the other Palkia, sorry to those who faved it Dx But I feel honored for that, so thanks ^-^Related content

Its a collab with a friend of mine...we decided both palkia and dialga could be much cooler with some design tweaks, so she drew up new designs for both of them, and I took Palkia home with me because I adored him so much.
So I'm finishing Palkia's ink and color, and my friend will finish up dialga.
