Because I need a horse character that I've actually designed myself (and who is fun & easy to doodle in class...)

He looks like a yearling or something here, maybe even a pony of some kind... this is what happens when I don't use references xD

Name: Basil (pronounced "BAZ-il")
Gender: Stallion
Breed: Quarter Horse
Age: 9 years
Personality: Reclusive and irritable. Often grumpy, but those who know him well know sometimes find it endearing. He doesn't lash out because of his mood, just keeps it to himself. He has strong opinions and a strong sense of justice. Has a kind side of course, especially for children. When he loves someone, he holds on tight.

Likes: fog and rain, napping, streams/ponds, small animals
