It looks like something that you would find in a How-To-Draw book made by Nintendo for Pokemon. It's really good.

I am currently trying to redo the flygon step by step one ^^ 
and trying to do others though I cant do much other pokemon

Don't worry! you'll get them eventually. I didn't give up when I was starting to fail my college classes, and I'm already getting A's on the class. I never gave up, and I think you shouldn't either.
