it's called a Hell's Box(i'm pretty sure i just learned it today in my school) (because it was a pain to seprerate the letters} But it's a really good pc! and I'm a printer so i appreaciate the beuty of the shot!

The shot is maybe a bit too dark to my taste but I definitely enjoy the oldfashioned feeling in this and the well-done selective focus, too! I keep getting this image of a wrinkly whitehaired man picking up a letter with inky fingers and putting it, well, wherever they put these before printing. Lovely.

Ahh yes, the darkness. Haha, I'm not sure if that would be unintentional or "creatively" intentional. When I look away and think about why I would've made it dark, I realize that the room it was in was quite dark. An easy fix since I used 16-bit TIF conversion from RAW, plenty of room for levels adjustments. However, without knowing it, I seemed to of copied the rooms overall lighting and mood regardless of photo quality or web presentation (where the differences in monitors tend to lean towards being darker). "Oops!"

But yes, the white haired man had inky fingers and wrinkles! Nice man too, I'll probably be processing one of his photos soon. No good photos of the press though.. oops again. Thanks

There a white haired man? Oh dear.
And I think "oops" is a good explanation, works every time!

Sometimes photography has a little more oops than "Yeah, that's what was meant to happen."

And yes, there was a white haired man. Hahaha, though probably not as old as you'd expect.
