Fulgurosaurus was a typical example of the Long-Necked Goliath family tree. Over 70 feet long and weighing more than a dozen elephants, this immense Late Jurassic herbivore stomped through the primordial forests in small herds of up to a dozen, gorging themselves on the abundant vegetation of their environment. Even the mightiest of the True Tyrants thought twice before attempting to hunt one; the retrosaurs' sheer size made them difficult targets, and their mighty tails could be used as great bludgeoning weapons in a pinch.
