Naruko should have been White Queen because Hinata can hypnotize Naruto after turning into Naruko and making her believe that she was always a girl and that all the evil inside her is her personality which then Hinata would also program Naruko to believe that her evil personality was how she became the white queen and at the same time be Hinata's girlfriendΒ
