Description
This is a Fan Pic of, guess who, H-a-r-u-k-o. FLCL episode 1. The picture in the FLCL episode however is in manga fashion with just line art and tones. This picture is an adaption of that, but WITH COLOR. Yeah, yeah, the shadows and highlights might not be entirely realistic, but I'm not very good at that.

This is the follow up picture to my tutorial - "Triple-Color-Tone Shading" the Anime Way. This picture uses the technique mentioned in that tutorial except I also used a Gauseian Blur, or something like that, and I used the smudge tool a little bit.

Drawn with a mechanical pencil; inked with Pigma Micron archival ink pen; Edited in PHOTOSHOP!

I might eventually get to changing the background. Until then...enjoy!
