This piece was used for personal use so i wouldnt see a point of stealing it

Pffth, I want to check out things before doing anything. Like now you had already said in artist's comments you drew this from a photo reference so I didn't even think it was stolen. (Nothing is more idiotic than loudly claiming somebody a thief when they're not.)
But if somewhere there's an art thief, I prefer to speak nicely...and CRUSH THEM FOR GOOD.
Happy fights againts thieves if that happens again, I can lend a pair of boxing gloves if necessary. (Your case sounded still pretty easy. I think the worst I have seen was when one very popular artist's work was taken into a cover of a PS2-game. Colours were just changed. Hah.)

I gained that my artwork was deleted but there are still TONS stolen from dA

I think the best way would be that lots of artists complained to the stuff so this person would be banned...

I also thought that it would be better to give as much reports as possible about a stolen work. But just lately I found out it's not like that. The staff reacts for every report, and if there's tons of reports of every single stolen work, it slows down the process (which may cause more people to report, and this system slows down even more). So the best thing is to report once with a good specifications why this work is stolen, where's the original and so on, and wait. They'll take it down. They have tons of things to do, we can do our best to not spam (with overload of reports while one is enough) the people who take care of this site.

well my case was successful but i feel bad for all the others and since its not mine, i cant do anything about it...
I can only hope there is a special place in hell for art thefts -.-
